Accessibility statement

Last updated: July 2026

Many of the children and adults in our community live with pain, limited mobility, or fatigue, and plenty of our families read this site in a second language. An accessible site isn't a formality for us — it's the same promise we make at camp: nobody gets left at the edge of the room.

What we aim for

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. That's the standard referenced by the Americans with Disabilities Act in the US, the Public Sector Bodies Accessibility Regulations in the UK, and the European Accessibility Act.

What we've built in

Known limitations

We're a volunteer-run charity and we'd rather be honest than tick a box:

Tell us where we fall short

If any part of this site keeps you from getting what you came for, please tell us — it's the fastest way we improve. Email info@pertheskids.org (English) or espanol@pertheskids.org (Español). We're volunteers, so we usually reply within 2–3 business days, and we'll always offer another way to get you the information in the meantime.
